Instructions

- Next, lay your CDs down on a flat surface.

- After the paint has dried, take your hole punch and create holes in the center of each CD.
- Cut a length of string or fishing line to the desired length.

- Once you feel satisfied with your designs, find a breezy outdoor spot to hang your spinner.
