Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
  • food coloring (pastel colors: pink, yellow, blue, purple, green)
  • sprinkles optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
  • Fold in the whipped topping gently, making sure it's fully combined.
  • Divide the mixture into 4–5 small bowls and tint each with a few drops of food coloring.
  • Drop spoonfuls of the colored mixtures randomly into the graham cracker crust.
  • Use a butter knife or skewer to gently swirl the colors together without overmixing.
  • Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
  • Before serving, top the pie with additional whipped topping and sprinkles if desired.

Notes

Use gel food coloring for best results without thinning the mixture. Add vanilla or almond extract for extra flavor. Easily adapted to be gluten-free or dairy-free. Make ahead for convenience during busy holidays.
