Instructions
- Begin by preparing your dried flowers. Gather flowers of various shapes and colors, feeling their textures as you separate the petals and leaves.
- Take a piece of clear plastic and place it on a flat surface. Visualize the design you want to create; allow your imagination to wander.
- Gently arrange your dried flowers on the plastic. Play with the layout, letting the colors and shapes inform your choices, feeling how the petals might flow together.
- Once you are satisfied with the arrangement, secure the flowers with craft glue or place another clear plastic sheet over them if using a laminator.
- If you are using a laminator, slowly feed your layered sheet through it, listening to the soft hum of the machine as it seals your creation.
- Once dry, carefully cut out the suncatcher, making sure to leave a small border around the flowers.
- Finally, find a spot by a window to hang your suncatcher. You might feel anticipation as beams of light reflect off your art.
