Ingredients
- 4 cups of clean, fine sand
- 1 cup of cornstarch
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 tablespoon of dish soap
- Food coloring (optional)

Instructions
- Measure 4 cups of clean, fine sand into your mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine 1 cup of cornstarch with 1/2 cup of water and mix until there are no lumps. Optionally add food coloring.
- Pour the cornstarch mixture into the bowl with the sand and stir until fully absorbed.
- Add 1 tablespoon of dish soap and mix until evenly distributed.
- Test the consistency; add water or more sand as needed.
- Transfer the sand into an airtight container for future use.
Notes
For scented sand, add essential oils. Consider adding glitter or beads for extra texture.
