Ingredients

- Cheese (shredded cheddar, mozzarella slices)
Instructions
- Lay a soft tortilla flat on a clean surface. If stiff, warm it in the microwave for 10–15 seconds.
- Spread a thin layer of condiment across the tortilla, leaving an inch of space around the edges.
- Place turkey slices evenly across the spread, followed by cheese and fresh vegetables.
- Start rolling tightly from one edge, tucking in the fillings gently.
- Seal the edges with a dab of condiment, wrap in plastic, and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes.
- Using a sharp knife, cut the roll into 1-inch slices.
Notes
To prevent sogginess, pat vegetables dry before adding. Refrigerating the roll helps maintain its shape for cutting.
