Description

Create a beautiful suncatcher that captures light and color and adds a cheerful touch to your space.

Ingredients

  • Clear glass or durable plastic shapes
  • Colored tissue paper or translucent film (optional)
  • String or cord
  • Glue (craft glue)
  • Scissors
  • Hole punch
  • Optional embellishments (beads or small charms)

Instructions

  1. Begin by choosing your design. Lay out your glass shapes and visualize how you want to arrange them.
  2. Cut your colored tissue paper into vibrant colors.
  3. Use glue to adhere pieces of tissue paper onto your glass shapes.
  4. Once your paper is set, let your pieces dry completely.
  5. Carefully punch holes near the edges of each shape.
  6. Cut a length of cord for hanging and knot it through the punched hole.
  7. Arrange your shapes in your desired order and attach them to the cord.
  8. When everything is secured, hang your suncatcher where sunlight shines through.
