A delightful twist on traditional slime, combining sensory play with vibrant colors that captivates both children and adults.
Ingredients
- 1 cup white school glue
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 tablespoons contact lens solution (containing boric acid)
- Food coloring (purple and blue recommended)
- Optional: Glitter or essential oils for fragrance
- Mixing bowl
- Spoon for stirring
- Airtight container for storage
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the white school glue and water. Stir well until completely combined.
- Divide the mixture into two separate bowls. In the first bowl, add purple food coloring and mix. In the second bowl, add blue food coloring and mix again.
- In each bowl, add 1 teaspoon of baking soda and stir until dissolved.
- Slowly add 2 tablespoons of contact lens solution to each bowl while stirring.
- Remove the slime from the bowl and begin kneading with your hands until it becomes stretchy and smooth.
- Take small amounts of both colors and gently swirl them to create a blended, marbled appearance.
Notes
Add a few drops of essential oils for scent, glitter for sparkle, and store in an airtight container to maintain stretchiness.
