Description

Create beautiful stained glass suncatchers that fill your space with vibrant colors and warmth as they catch the sun’s light.

Ingredients

  • Clear plastic sheets
  • Black glue or puffy fabric paint
  • Colored tissue paper or transparent film
  • Scissors
  • Small paintbrush or sponge
  • A pencil or marker

Instructions

  1. Begin by drawing your design lightly on the plastic sheet.
  2. Carefully outline your design with the black glue.
  3. Once you finish outlining, allow the glue to dry completely.
  4. While the glue dries, cut your colored tissue paper into small pieces.
  5. Once the glue hardens, gently place the colored tissue pieces inside your outlines.
  6. Take your sponge or brush, dip it in the black glue, and apply it over the edges of the tissue paper.
  7. Allow your suncatcher to dry fully.
  8. Finally, cut around your creation and add a string for hanging.

Notes

Gently wipe your suncatcher with a soft cloth to keep it clean. Embrace imperfections as part of the creative process!
