- Mod Podge or PVA glue
- Black tissue paper or black paint

Instructions
- Prepare your workspace: Lay down newspaper or an old cloth to protect your surface.
- Clean the bottles: Rinse and dry your glass bottles thoroughly.
- Cut the black tissue paper into strips or shapes that inspire you.
- Apply the Mod Podge over the areas of the bottle where you want to attach the tissue paper.
- Attach each piece of tissue paper on the bottle, smoothing it out.
- Layer Mod Podge and tissue paper until you achieve your desired look, allowing layers to dry.
- Finish with a final coat of Mod Podge for durability.
- Insert the battery-operated tealight inside the bottle.
