Create stunning red crystal hearts using resin for unique gifts or home decor.
Ingredients
- Red resin (epoxy or UV)
- Crystal molds in heart shape
- Mixing cups and sticks
- Gloves
- Measuring scale (if needed)
- Decorative elements (glitter, dried flowers, etc.)
- Safety goggles (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare your workspace by clearing a flat surface and covering it with a protective sheet. Gather all materials.
- Put on your gloves. Measure equal parts of resin and hardener into a mixing cup and stir until well combined.
- Pour in the desired amount of red pigment and mix well.
- Carefully pour the red resin mixture into the heart-shaped molds and tap to release air bubbles.
- Allow resin to cure completely according to the manufacturer’s instructions or cure under UV light if using UV resin.
- Once cured, flex the molds to remove the finished hearts and sand down any rough edges.
Notes
Experiment with different colors and shapes for more creative options. Consider adding essential oils for fragrance.
