Instructions

  1. Select colorful pool noodles. Feel their soft, buoyant texture as you embrace them.

  3. Next, set aside your wooden spoons.
  4. Gently punch holes into each piece of pool noodle.
  5. Thread the wooden spoons through the holes of the pool noodles.
  6. Once all the spoons are in place, secure twine or ribbon through the top hole of the noodles for hanging.
  7. Time to fill your spoons with the bird feed.
  8. Locate a perfect spot in your garden or balcony.
