Description
Create beautiful and personalized crystal letters using epoxy resin and color pigments.
Ingredients
- Clear epoxy resin
- Color pigments
- Silicone letter molds
- Mixing cups and stir sticks
- Gloves
- A small torch or heat gun
- Optional: glitter or dried flowers
Instructions
- Prepare your workspace. Cover surfaces to catch any drips and lay out your materials.
- Put on gloves to protect your hands from resin.
- Measure equal parts of clear epoxy resin in separate mixing cups.
- Add color pigments to each cup and observe how the colors mix.
- Stir the mixtures gently until colors become blended and creamy.
- Carefully pour the resin into the letter molds, starting with one layer.
- If desired, add glitter or dried flowers to the poured resin.
- Let the resin cure following the manufacturer’s instructions.
- After curing time, gently remove the letters from the molds.
- For additional shine, polish the edges with fine sandpaper.
Notes
Store finished letters in a dry place away from direct sunlight and gently wipe them with a soft cloth to maintain their sheen.
