Description

A serene DIY craft that captures the beauty of nature through pressed flowers, creating a stunning suncatcher.

Ingredients

  • Pressed flowers (freshly gathered and dried)
  • Clear glue or mod podge
  • A clear plastic or glass frame
  • A paintbrush
  • Scissors
  • Water
  • Paper towels

Instructions

  1. Begin by gently arranging your pressed flowers on a flat surface.
  2. Choose a clear frame and open it, placing the backing aside.
  3. Using your paintbrush, apply a thin layer of clear glue to the inside of the glass frame.
  4. Carefully place your pressed flowers onto the glued surface, arranging them to your liking.
  5. Once satisfied, spread a thin layer of glue over the flowers.
  6. Place the backing of the frame over your design and press gently.
  7. Allow the suncatcher to dry in a warm spot for at least a few hours.

Notes

Keep the suncatcher in a dry space, away from direct sunlight, to prevent fading. Consider making new suncatchers with different flowers seasonally.
