- 1 pool noodle
- Acrylic paint (red, black, and yellow)

Instructions
- Prepare your workspace with newspaper or an old cloth.
- Cut the pool noodle into two segments: one 12 inches for the base and one 6 inches for the head.
- Paint the base red and allow it to dry completely.
- Paint the smaller segment black for the head.
- Glue the smaller black piece to one end of the red noodle piece.
- Create two antennae with black pipe cleaners and secure them on the head.
- Add black spots to the red body using paint.
- Glue on googly eyes for extra character.
- Finish with a decorative ribbon or twine around the noodle.
- Place the feeder outdoors and fill it with bird seeds.
