Instructions
- Cut the Pool Noodle into segments based on desired fish size.
- Shape the fish body from the noodle segment.
- Cut fins and tails from craft foam or felt.
- Use the hot glue gun to attach the fins and tail securely.
- Draw or paint patterns on the fish body.
- Glue on googly eyes to give your fish personality.
