Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, cream of tartar, and vegetable oil. Stir until evenly mixed.
- In a separate bowl, mix 2 cups of water with desired food coloring. Gradually pour the colored water into the dry mixture, stirring continuously.
- Transfer the mixture to a non-stick saucepan over medium heat and stir constantly for about 3 to 5 minutes until the dough thickens.
