Instructions
- In a bowl, mix 1 cup of baking soda with 1 cup of water until combined, forming a thick paste. Spread the baking soda mixture evenly on a large tray or baking sheet.
- In small cups, mix each Kool-Aid packet with 1 cup of vinegar. Stir until the Kool-Aid is completely dissolved.
- Using pipettes or small spoons, gently drizzle the Kool-Aid mixture over the baking soda base and watch the mixture fizz and erupt.
- Encourage kids to touch and feel the bubbly eruptions, discussing the sights, sounds, and feelings they experience.
Notes
