Instructions
- Prepare your workspace: Find a cozy spot to work, laying down a soft cloth to catch any mess.
- Paint the jar: Use blue acrylic paint to create a swirl pattern inside the mason jar. Allow it to dry completely.
- Layer the cotton: Cut the cotton batting into strips and stuff it into the jar up to about halfway.
- Add water: Pour water gently into the jar over the cotton, careful not to completely fill it.
- Sprinkle glitter: Add a few pinches of glitter to the jar.
- Decorate: If desired, add small plastic stars or other decorative elements.
- Seal it up: Use a hot glue gun to secure the lid onto the jar.
