  • Green pipe cleaners or floral wire

  • Ribbon or string (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your colors by coloring the coffee filters with markers or food coloring.
  2. Create wet blooms by dipping markers in water to allow colors to blend.
  3. Dry the filters on a paper towel to remove excess wetness.
  4. Fold the dry filters in half and then in half again to create layers.
  5. Cut rounded edges to form petals.
  6. Create the center by pinching and wrapping with a green pipe cleaner.
  7. Shape the flower by adjusting the petals.
  8. Add more blooms as desired.
  9. Arrange flowers in a vase or bundle for presentation.
