Ingredients
- Air-dry clay (any color)
- Rolling pin
- Cookie cutters or knife

- Sandpaper (optional for smoothing edges)
Instructions
- Prepare Your Clay: Take a manageable amount of air-dry clay and knead it until soft and pliable.
- Roll Out the Clay: Use a rolling pin to flatten the clay to about 1/4 inch thick, creating an even surface.
- Cut Out Shapes: Use cookie cutters or a knife to cut out your desired shapes. Carefully remove excess clay around your shapes.
- Add Holes (if desired): Use a straw or small tool to create a hole at the top of your shape.
- Let It Dry: Place the cutouts on a plate or drying rack and let them air dry for about 24 hours.
- Decorate: Once dry, use acrylic paint to add colors and designs, and let them dry completely before handling.
- Attach Magnets: Use adhesive or glue to affix magnets to the back of your clay shapes, pressing firmly and letting it dry.
- Seal (optional): For a glossy finish, apply a clear sealant and allow it to dry fully.
