Ingredients
- Empty tin cans (about 3-5)
- Hammer and nails (or a drill with a small bit)
- String or fishing line
- Paint or permanent markers
- Charms, beads, or other decorative items
- Scissors

Instructions
- Begin by removing the labels from the tin cans.
- Fill the cans with water and freeze overnight (optional).
- Once frozen, run warm water over the cans to loosen the ice, then remove it.
- Using a hammer and nails (or drill), pierce holes in the bottom of each can.
- After the holes are made, paint the exterior or use markers to draw designs. Let it dry.
- Cut a piece of string or fishing line to desired length for hanging each can.
- Thread the string through each hole and secure it inside the can with knots.
- Tie the tops of your strings together for a beautiful hanging effect.
- Choose a branch or wooden dowel as the support structure.
- Tie your string with cans onto this support securely.
- Add charms or beads for decoration and hang your wind chimes.
