Description

Ingredients

  • Fresh herbs (basil, oregano, thyme)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Fresh seasonal vegetables, chopped
  • Glass jars, for storage


Instructions

  1. Wash your fresh herbs under cool water.
  2. Pat the herbs dry carefully using a soft cloth.
  3. Chop the herbs finely on a wooden cutting board.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a pan over low heat.
  5. Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté gently.
  6. Incorporate chopped vegetables into the pan, stirring gently.
  7. Sprinkle salt and freshly chopped herbs over the mixture.
  8. Cook until the vegetables are tender but still vibrant in color.
  9. Taste a small spoonful and enjoy!
