- 1 cup sugar (optional for sweetness)
- 1 packet Kool-Aid (your favorite flavor)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Baking sheet
- Parchment paper
- Blender or food processor
- Rubber spatula
Instructions
- Begin by washing and preparing your fresh fruit. Remove any stems and chop them into small pieces.
- Add the chopped fruit into your blender or food processor, along with the Kool-Aid, sugar, and lemon juice.
- Blend until the mixture becomes a smooth puree.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pour the fruit mixture onto the parchment, spreading it evenly into a thin layer.
- Place the baking sheet in your oven at a low temperature (around 170°F or 77°C) for approximately 6 to 8 hours.
- Once no longer tacky to the touch, take it out of the oven and let it cool slightly.
- Cut it into strips or desired shapes.
- Roll the strips up gently and store them in an airtight container.
