Description

A fun and mindful project creating colorful bouncy balls from simple materials.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup white school glue
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • a few drops of food coloring
  • 2 cups cornstarch
  • mixing bowl
  • spoon
  • wax paper
  • optional: glitter

Instructions

  1. Pour 1 cup of white school glue into your mixing bowl.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of water to the glue and mix slowly with your spoon.
  3. Add a few drops of food coloring and stir to create a vibrant hue.
  4. Sprinkle in 2 cups of cornstarch gradually, stirring gently until blended.
  5. Knead the mixture with your hands until it forms a soft dough-like consistency.
  6. Form the mixture into small balls using your palms.
  7. Place the balls on wax paper and let them cure for about 24 hours.
  8. Enjoy the soft bounce of your finished balls!

Store the bouncy balls in a cool, dry place to maintain their bounce.
