Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups salt
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons cream of tartar
- Green food coloring
- Red construction paper (for hearts)

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and cream of tartar. Stir well.
- In a separate bowl, mix water, vegetable oil, and green food coloring.
- Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring continuously.
- Transfer the mixture to a pot and cook over medium heat, stirring until the dough thickens.
- Remove from heat and knead until smooth.
- Cut heart shapes from red construction paper and place them on the dough for thematic play.
