Ingredients

- 1 cup white school glue
- 1 tablespoon warm water
- 1–2 teaspoons baking soda (optional)
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- Food coloring (your choice)
- Glow powder or glow-in-the-dark paint (non-toxic)
- Mixing bowl
- Spoon for stirring

Instructions
- Pour about one cup of white school glue into your mixing bowl.
- Add a tablespoon of warm water to the glue.
- Sprinkle in one to two teaspoons of baking soda.
- Slowly add in a teaspoon of cornstarch.
- Add a drop of food coloring to the mixture.
- Sprinkle in your glow powder or add glow-in-the-dark paint.
- Mix thoroughly until blended.
- Form the mixture into balls using your hands.
- Allow the balls to sit on a clean surface for about 1 hour to set.
- Test the balls by giving them a gentle toss to enjoy their bounce.
