- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup unsweetened peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Cooking spray
- Optional: Halloween-themed sprinkles or edible glitter
Instructions
- Cover your workspace with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Lightly spray your hands with cooking spray.
- In a medium saucepan, combine peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract; heat over low to medium heat until melted and smooth.
- In a large bowl, add popped popcorn and mini marshmallows; pour the melted peanut butter mixture over and gently mix until well-coated.
- Take small amounts of the mixture and form into rocket shapes or balls; place on the prepared parchment paper.
- While still warm, sprinkle with Halloween-themed sprinkles or edible glitter.
