Description

Delightful and whimsical snacks inspired by popcorn and caramel, perfect for Halloween gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups popped popcorn
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Cooking spray
  • Optional: Halloween-themed sprinkles or edible glitter

Instructions

  1. Cover your workspace with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. Lightly spray your hands with cooking spray.
  3. In a medium saucepan, combine peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract; heat over low to medium heat until melted and smooth.
  4. In a large bowl, add popped popcorn and mini marshmallows; pour the melted peanut butter mixture over and gently mix until well-coated.
  5. Take small amounts of the mixture and form into rocket shapes or balls; place on the prepared parchment paper.
  6. While still warm, sprinkle with Halloween-themed sprinkles or edible glitter.

Notes
