Ingredients
- 1 cup of water
- 4 tablespoons of gelatin
- 1 cup of salt
- 1-2 tablespoons of your favorite essential or fragrance oil
- Food coloring (as desired)
- Small jars or containers
- A whisk or spoon
- A pot for boiling
Instructions
- In a pot, bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Remove from heat and whisk in 4 tablespoons of gelatin until fully dissolved.
- Stir in 1 cup of salt to help preserve the gel.
- Add 1-2 tablespoons of your chosen essential or fragrance oil.
- Optional: Add food coloring for desired hue.
- Pour the mixture into small jars or containers.
- Allow to cool at room temperature until fully set.
- Display your gel air fresheners around your home and enjoy!
