Description

A vibrant and fun edible paint recipe perfect for painting cookies, cupcakes, and fruits.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2-3 tablespoons milk (or water)
  • Food coloring (fruit loop colors preferred)
  • Small mixing bowls
  • Paintbrushes (edible or standard)
  • Wax paper or parchment paper (for painting surface)


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup of powdered sugar.
  2. Gradually mix in 2-3 tablespoons of milk (or water) until smooth.
  3. Divide the icing into several small bowls.
  4. Add a few drops of food coloring to each bowl.
  5. Stir each bowl until the colors are evenly mixed.
  6. Dip your paintbrush into the edible paint and paint on cookies, cupcakes, or fruits.
  7. Allow your painted creations to sit until the paint sets slightly.
