Ingredients
- Smooth, clean rocks of various sizes

- White fluffy pom-poms
- Glue (craft glue or hot glue gun)
- Googly eyes (various sizes)
- Optional: Glitter, ribbons, or other decorative items
Instructions
- Prepare your workspace by laying down newspaper or a disposable tablecloth.
- Choose your desired color of paint and use a paintbrush to coat the rocks evenly. Allow to dry for about 30 minutes.
- Apply glue to the top of the dry rock and gently press pom-poms into the glue.
- Attach googly eyes above the pom-poms with glue. Customize with glitter, ribbons, or other decorations.
- Allow the glue to dry fully before displaying or gifting your pet rock.
