Description

Create stunning flower ice decorations to enhance your home and elevate gatherings with natural beauty.

Ingredients

  • Fresh edible flowers (like pansies, violets, or nasturtiums)
  • Ice cube tray or silicone cake mold
  • Clean water (filtered or distilled)
  • Optional: herbs like mint or slices of citrus

Instructions

  1. Begin by choosing your flowers. Look for vibrant, fresh blooms with no blemishes.
  2. If desired, rinse the flowers gently under cool water.
  3. Prepare your ice mold or tray by filling it halfway with water.
  4. Place the flowers in the mold, arranging them as you like.
  5. Carefully pour more water over the flowers until they are fully submerged.
  6. Place the filled mold in the freezer. Allow it to freeze for at least 240-360 minutes or overnight.
  7. Once frozen, remove the ice decorations by gently pulling them from the mold.
  8. Finally, enjoy the beauty of your flower ice decorations.

Notes

Store any unused ice decorations in the freezer in a container or zipper bag for longer enjoyment.
