Description

A vibrant and fun treat that combines layers of gelatin, whipped cream, and fresh fruit, perfect for any festive occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup of favorite gelatin (various flavors)
  • 2 cups of whipped cream or whipped topping
  • 1 cup of fruit (berries, diced peaches, etc.)
  • Clear plastic cups
  • Food coloring (optional)
  • Spoon or spatula
  • Mixing bowls

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the gelatin according to the package instructions. Add food coloring if desired and cool until thick but pourable.
  2. In a clean plastic cup, add a layer of gelatin at the bottom, followed by a layer of whipped cream, and then a layer of fresh fruit.
  3. Repeat layering until the cup is filled, finishing with whipped cream on top.
  4. Garnish with more fruit or a drizzle of syrup and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to set.

Notes

Experiment with gelatin flavors and seasonal fruits. Use dairy-free whipped topping for a dairy-free option.
