Description

This eco-friendly cornstarch dough is perfect for endless creative projects, promoting mindfulness and imagination.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 2 cups baking soda
  • 1.5 cups water (room temperature)
  • Food coloring (optional)
  • A large mixing bowl
  • A saucepan
  • A spoon or spatula
  • Parchment paper
  • An airtight container for storage

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cornstarch and baking soda.
  2. Gradually add the water.
  3. Stir the mixture with a spoon or spatula.
  4. Pour the mixture into a saucepan over medium heat.
  5. Stir continuously as the mixture thickens.
  6. Once it reaches the right consistency, remove it from heat.
  7. Let it cool on parchment paper for a few minutes.
  8. Once cool, knead the dough with your hands.
  9. If you want to add color, divide the dough and knead in food coloring.
