Description

Create beautiful and colorful suncatchers that brighten up your living space while inviting mindfulness and creativity.

Ingredients

  • Craft beads (any color and shape you love)
  • Nylon or fishing line (easy to work with)
  • Scissors (to trim your line)
  • Clear adhesive (optional, for extra security)
  • Crimp beads (for securing ends, optional but helpful)
  • Tweezers (optional, for help in threading)

Instructions

  1. Begin by laying out your beads. Take a moment to appreciate their colors and shapes.
  2. Cut a length of nylon or fishing line, about two to three feet.
  3. If using crimp beads, slide one onto the end of the line.
  4. Start threading your craft beads onto the line.
  5. Once you’ve reached your desired length, secure the last bead with another crimp bead.
  6. Trim any excess line, leaving just enough to tie off at the end.
  7. If desired, use a little clear adhesive on the crimp beads.
  8. Find a lovely spot by your window to hang your suncatcher.

Notes

Consider using found objects to personalize your design and explore different color themes.
