Description

A charming and festive DIY project to create a snowman candy dish for the holidays.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 clear glass or plastic bowls (varying sizes)
  • White spray paint (or white acrylic paint)
  • Black felt or paper for the eyes and buttons
  • Orange felt or paper for the nose
  • Ribbon or fabric for the scarf
  • Hot glue gun and glue sticks
  • Optional: Additional decorations (like a mini hat or ornaments)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Workspace: Set up a clean, well-ventilated workspace. Lay down newspaper or a drop cloth for easy cleanup.
  2. Paint the Bowls: Spray paint the outside of each bowl white (or use a brush for acrylic). Allow the paint to dry completely.
  3. Assemble the Snowman: Stack the bowls from largest to smallest.
  4. Secure the Layers: Use hot glue to adhere the bowls together firmly.
  5. Add Facial Features: Cut out circles for eyes and buttons, and a triangle for the nose. Glue onto the smallest bowl.
  6. Accessorize with a Scarf: Wrap a piece of ribbon or fabric around the neck of the snowman.
  7. Fill with Candies: Fill the bowls with your favorite holiday sweets.

Notes

Customize facial features and colors for a unique design. Consider adding a mini hat for extra flair.
