Instructions
- Begin by taking your plastic bottle and rinsing it out thoroughly.
- Using your scissors, carefully cut just below the label.
- With the bottle bottom in hand, start to make cuts from the edge towards the center.
- Once you have cut all around the bottom, gently pull the strips outward to create spiral shapes.
- Now it’s time to decorate using your paint or markers.
- At the top, poke a small hole with your scissors or craft knife.
- If desired, tie a bead or small weight to the free end of the string.
