Description

Create magical, sparkling DIY Moon Rocks that are perfect for playtime or decoration. An engaging craft for kids that promotes creativity and connection.


Ingredients

  • Baking soda
  • Cornstarch (or flour)
  • Water
  • Food coloring
  • Glitter (optional)
  • Mixing bowl
  • Spoon or spatula
  • Baking tray lined with parchment paper

Instructions

  1. In your mixing bowl, combine equal parts of baking soda and cornstarch.
  2. Slowly add water while stirring gently.
  3. Once smooth, divide into smaller bowls for different colors.
  4. Add food coloring to each bowl and mix.
  5. If using, sprinkle glitter into the mixture.
  6. Use hands to form small ball shapes.
