Description

A unique DIY project combining creativity and mindfulness by crafting beautiful glass floral hearts using dried flowers and epoxy resin.

Ingredients

  • Clear glass hearts
  • Dried flowers (lavender, roses, or daisies)
  • Clear epoxy resin
  • Mixing cups and sticks
  • Protective gloves
  • Well-ventilated workspace
  • Optional: glitter or small decorative elements

Instructions

  1. Prepare your workspace by clearing a comfortable area and laying down a drop cloth.
  2. Select your dried flowers and arrange them to your liking.
  3. Mix the epoxy resin in a mixing cup according to the package instructions.
  4. Fill the glass hearts with a thin layer of resin, tilting to ensure even coverage.
  5. Place the dried flowers in the resin, allowing them to float or settle as desired.
  6. Add more resin to completely cover the flowers.
  7. Allow the hearts to cure in a safe area according to the resin instructions.
  8. Finish by removing excess resin and polishing the surface.
  9. Display your creations in a spot that catches light.

Notes

Store finished pieces safely and clean gently with a soft cloth. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading.
