Description
Create your own gel air fresheners with customizable scents to eliminate odors and freshen any space.
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
- 2-3 tablespoons salt (as a preservative)
- Essential oils (your favorite scents)
- Food coloring (optional)
- Jar or decorative container
- Small saucepan
- Stirring utensil
Instructions
- Heat the water in a small saucepan until it reaches a gentle boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in the unflavored gelatin until fully dissolved.
- Add salt to the mixture to help prevent mold.
- Add 10-15 drops of your chosen essential oils for scent.
- Add food coloring if desired.
- Carefully pour the mixture into a jar or decorative container.
- Allow to set at room temperature for at least 4-6 hours, or until fully set.
- Once set, place your gel air freshener in your desired location and enjoy the aroma!
