Description

A simple and calming activity to create beautiful flowers from coffee filters, encouraging mindfulness and creativity.


Ingredients

  • Coffee filters
  • Water
  • Food coloring
  • Bowls or shallow dishes

  • Pipe cleaners or string
  • Paper towels

Instructions

  1. Fill your bowls with about an inch of water and add food coloring.

  3. Remove the filter and gently lay it on a paper towel to dry.

  5. Scrunch the dry filters into flower shapes.
