Instructions

  1. Start by preparing your balloon. Gently stretch it a few times to create a soft feel.
  2. If you wish to add color to your filling, mix some food coloring into your flour or rice.
  3. Using your funnel, begin to fill the balloon with your chosen material, taking your time.
  4. Fill the balloon until it reaches your desired firmness.
  5. Once filled, carefully pinch the opening of the balloon to prevent spills.
  6. Tie the end of the balloon in a secure knot.
  7. If you like, trim any excess balloon length with scissors.
