Description

Transform air-dry clay into beautiful handmade bowls that offer both functionality and a personal touch. Perfect for decor or thoughtful gifts.

Ingredients

  • Air-dry clay
  • Rolling pin
  • Sharp knife or clay cutting tool
  • Small bowl or mold
  • Optional: Stamps or texture tools
  • Acrylic paint
  • Paintbrush
  • Clear sealant or varnish

Instructions

  1. Start by kneading the clay with your hands until it softens.
  2. Roll out the clay into an even disc about half an inch thick.
  3. Cut your desired shape using a sharp knife or clay tool.
  4. Create the bowl shape by pressing the cut-out circle into a small bowl or mold.
  5. Smooth the edges with your fingers to ensure a finished quality.
  6. Add texture or decoration if desired using stamps or tools.
  7. Allow your bowls to dry undisturbed for at least 24 hours.
  8. Paint or seal your bowls after they have dried, if desired.

Notes

Consider using natural elements or different colors to personalize each bowl.
