Description

Create your own soothing aroma stones using simple materials for a calming sensory experience.

Ingredients

  • Air-dry clay
  • Water for mixing
  • Essential oils (your favorite scent)
  • A bowl for mixing
  • A rolling pin (or a smooth, flat surface)
  • A cookie cutter or knife for shaping
  • Optional: food coloring
  • Optional: silicone mold

Instructions

  1. Prepare your workspace: Clear a flat area and cover it with parchment paper or a clean cloth.
  2. Mix the clay: In a bowl, take a suitable amount of air-dry clay and slowly add a small amount of water.
  3. Choose your scent: Add a few drops of your favorite essential oil to the clay and knead again.
  4. Color it (optional): If desired, mix in a few drops of food coloring.
  5. Shape the stones: Roll the clay into a flat circle and use cookie cutters or a knife to create shapes.
  6. Add texture: Press textures into the surface for a unique look.
  7. Let them dry: Place the shaped stones on parchment paper and leave to air dry for 24-48 hours.
  8. Finish with a final touch: Optionally paint or seal the stones once dry.

Notes

Store aroma stones in an airtight container to preserve fragrance. Refresh with essential oil if needed.
