Description

Create your own DIY Aroma Stones to infuse your space with delightful scents and enjoy a peaceful crafting experience.

Ingredients

  • Air-dry clay
  • Essential oils (your favorites, like lavender or citrus)
  • Rolling pin or smooth bottle
  • Cookie cutters or molds
  • Straw
  • Airtight container or bag
  • Optional: Paint or natural dyes for decoration

Instructions

  1. Begin by warming your air-dry clay in your hands.
  2. Roll the clay into a ball, then gently press it down on a clean surface to flatten it.
  3. Using a rolling pin, roll the clay to about a quarter inch thick.
  4. With your cookie cutters or molds, press gentle shapes into the clay.
  5. Use a straw to create a small hole in each shape for hanging or displaying.
  6. Place the shapes on a tray lined with parchment paper and let them dry according to the package instructions.
  7. Once dry, gently sand the edges if necessary for a smooth finish.
  8. Finally, add a few drops of your chosen essential oil to each stone.

Notes

These stones can be refreshed with essential oils as the scent fades. Enjoy experimenting with different oils and designing unique shapes.
