Description

Create calming and fragrant decor for your home with DIY Aroma Stones made from air-dry clay and essential oils.

Ingredients

  • Air-dry clay
  • Essential oils
  • Rolling pin
  • Cookie cutter or knife
  • A straw or skewer
  • Paint or sealant (optional)
  • A tray or baking paper

Instructions

  1. Begin by taking a piece of air-dry clay in your hands, knead until pliable.
  2. Roll out the clay on a flat surface, aiming for half an inch thickness.
  3. Cut out shapes of your stones using a cookie cutter or knife.
  4. Press a straw or skewer into the top of each stone for hanging holes if desired.
  5. Place the stones on a tray or baking paper and allow them to dry completely.
  6. Paint or decorate the stones if inspired; or leave them in their natural state.
  7. Add a few drops of essential oils onto each stone and enjoy the fragrance.

Notes

Experiment with different essential oil blends and colors. Store the stones in a cool, dry place to maintain their scent.
