Instructions
- Start by cutting strips of crepe paper, approximately 3 by 10 inches.
- Take one strip and fold it in half lengthwise.
- Begin to create petals by twisting the top of the folded strip.
- Gently shape each petal by rolling and pinching the ends.
- Gather two to three petals together and attach them with glue.
- Once the first flower takes shape, use floral wire to secure the base.
- Continue crafting additional flowers, varying sizes and colors.
- As you finish, arrange your flowers together in clusters.
