- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons clear glue (or white glue)
- Food coloring (optional)

- Wax paper or parchment paper
- Heart-shaped cookie cutter

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine one cup of cornstarch with one cup of water.
- Stir the mixture gently with a wooden stick or spoon.
- Add two tablespoons of clear glue to the mixture.
- If you choose to add food coloring, do so now.
- Lightly dust your workspace with cornstarch to prevent sticking.
- Use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut out shapes from the mixture.
- Allow the hearts to dry for at least 24 hours.
- Once dried, gently peel them off the wax paper.
- Optional: Decorate the charms with markers or embellishments if desired.
