Instructions
- Begin by taking a paper plate and placing it facing down.
- Using scissors, cut out the center of the plate, leaving a circular ring.
- Gather your colored cellophane or tissue paper and cut or tear it into smaller squares.
- Apply glue around the edge of the open ring.
- Place the colored pieces of paper on the glue, creating a mosaic of colors.
- Allow it to dry.
- Use a hole punch to make a hole at the top of the sun catcher if desired.
- Cut a piece of string or fishing line and thread it through the hole, tying a knot.
