Ingredients

- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 3/4 cup water
- Food coloring (various colors)

- Baking sheet
- Wax paper

Instructions
- Prepare the Dough by combining baking soda, cornstarch, and water in a medium saucepan.
- Stir continuously over medium heat until the mixture thickens and forms a dough, about 3-5 minutes.
- Cool the dough in a bowl until it’s comfortable to handle.
- Add a few drops of food coloring to portions of the dough and mix until the color is even.
- Roll the colored dough on a flat surface using wax paper to prevent sticking.
- Use cookie cutters to create shapes reflecting your galaxy theme.
- Make a small hole in each ornament using a straw for stringing later.
- Bake the cutouts on a baking sheet lined with wax paper at 175°F (80°C) for 2-3 hours until hardened.
