Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine baking soda, corn starch, and water. Stir gently until there are no lumps.
- Carefully add vinegar to the mixture. Cook over medium heat while stirring continuously until thickened.
- Remove from heat. Let cool slightly, then knead until smooth. Divide dough into three balls for the snowman’s body, shaping them from large to small.
- Insert an LED tea light into the base (largest ball) for a glowing effect.
- Decorate with glitter, colored dough accessories, or small items like buttons, hat, and scarf.
